Now if your ready lets get into our tour

Tradition at Port St Lucie is right off I95 and Gatlin Blvd, With outdoor dining, shopping and, green spaces,.

For Example,  next to a huge lake you have a beautiful park with a Kazibo, side walks and benches to have a seat and just chill out. It’s a great place to come with the family and friends, get some fresh air and exercise, walk the dog or like I said before chill out,

So enough about the park, lets walk on over to Town Center with Lisa and Henry.

So the huge building with the clocktower is Town Hall,

Next to is all kinds of restaurants and stores,

a cool little barber shop and Henrys pick,  Kilwans Ice Cream

You also have a massive green space where you can find concerts, festivals and the famous food truck invasion all year long.

So its just a really fun place to come

Now you can also live right here at Tradition

There are also several family friendly neighborhoods with a new England style feel, with big porches and playgrounds.

All these homes where built around 2003 but there are new neighborhoods popping up everywhere if you’re looking for new construction.

No for those of you that are not interested in a HOA, Port St Lucie is defiantly the city for you.

Most of the homes are not in HOA’s which is one of the big draws to folks moving here and making Port St Lucie so popular

Home values are growing somewhere around 10% a year.

And Builders can’t build homes fast enough,

But you can still get a brand new 4 bedroom, 2200 sq foot home with impact glass for around 300,000

So, if you are looking for investment real estate, This is it my friends,

Also, The Port St Lucie job market is growing with Amazon coming in with a distribution center, and

The new Cleveland Clinic Hospital at Tradition and Cleveland Clinic Research Center

So you may ask is it safe for me and my family,

Well the city has been really investing in its Port Police Department that is very community friendly,

And Port St Lucie is now ranked as the 20th out of the top 50 safest city to raise a child and the city has made its school system a priority, building two new magnet schools

Port St Lucie is also a growing retirement community for folks looking for an active lifestyle

With new communities like Del Webb and PGA Verona.

Also there is PGA Village hosting 3 championship golf courses by famous designers, Pete Dye and Tom Fazio,

And if you love to fish or just love wildlife, let’s not forget the beautiful St Lucie River,

that goes all the way to the Loxahatchee River and into the ocean.

With waterfront Homes from $700,000 into the millions

So I have told you all the pro’s, So what are the con’s,

Well it about a 45 minute drive to West Palm Beach,

But there is never any traffic going back and forth and you’re not paying Palm Beach county home prices

I personally go back and forth every week from Jupiter

I throw on some music or a book on and before I know it, I’m at Gatlin Rd

And if you like the beach and seafood,

Your just 20 minutes from Jenson where you can find a beautiful Beach, downtown Jensen with waterfront dinning and live music.  If you like Cajun food, You have check out Crawdaddy’s, Lisa and I’s favorite spot.

Also, just south of Jensen is Downtown Stuart, rated one of the most beautiful city’s in America with great restaurants, shops and nightlife.

This brings up the question, do you want to live closer to the beach?

If you do Stuart and Jensen are great options,

The only downside is, you will experience higher home prices and much more traffic because theres only way to get anywhere is US1.

And it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get to I 95 or Turnpike.

So, hopefully that’s enough for you to decide if Port St Lucie might work for you?

If you do!

Give me a call, a text, or an email.  And we will set up a tour.

We would love to spend a day showing you around
